It hasn’t actually been officially confirme which character Lady Gaga will be playing in Joker. Folie à Deux, but we all assume it’s Harley Quinn. While the first film took great creative liberties with the source material.
This scene appears to be from the first meeting between Dr. Harleen Quinzel and the DC villain, here known as Arthur Fleck.
