Back in May, Variety revealed that the British series, owned by Netflix since 2015, would return for a sixth season. And the media has just revealed part of the cast of this new salvo of episodes.
Zazie Beetz, Paapa Essiedu, Josh Hartnett, Aaron Paul, Kate Mara, Danny Ramirez, Clara Rugaard, Auden Thornton, and Anjana Vasan will be tipping their hats to Black Mirror. A prestigious cast, which will star in three of the episodes of the new season.
Will Black Mirror still manage to shock and surprise us, in a world marked by the climate crisis, the war in Ukraine, the economic slump, and the rise of extremes? No shooting or release date has been announced at this stage, but we should not have to answer before 2023.
